have to go on renal dialysis soon. Doctors have strongly suggested a live kidney donor. A live kidney donor will offer the best quality of life thereafter, and greater potential to happen sooner than a deceased donor, which can take years.

Mike Kersey, is an Air Force Veteran, and for almost as long as I can remember, he has struggled with kidney disease. Now, the time has come to take the next step. He's on the transplant list at Emory University Medical Center in Atlanta, Georgia, and needs a live kidney donor.

Dad is 66 years old and has been married to my Mom (Jo Ann Kersey), a retired nurse, for 38 years. They have a married son, (Chris Kersey) and daughter, (Rebecca Higginbotham) and 2 grandchildren, Luke & Hannah Kersey, who adore their “Pops”. They keep him young and laughing, along with their Springer Spaniel pup Rosie. My Dad has taken care of his body and has no other medical conditions; except that his kidneys are failing. He will
